Linda Barron ELGIN, NB - Today, Jim, Teeb and the girls lost a piece of their heart. Linda Barron, 63, of Elgin, NB passed away on October 17, 2005 at her home, after a lengthy, courageous battle with cancer. She will be dearly missed by her husband, James, son Stephen (Christine) daughters, Wendy Belmore (Ross), Lisa (Jason), Dawn and grandchildren, Vanessa, Ryan, Holly, Lyndsay and Luke. Born in Berry Mills, Linda was the daughter of Mamie and the late Earl Burlock. She is survived by sisters, Eleanor Sherwood (Bill), Janet Barton (Robert), Donna Colpitts (Peter), Nancy Burlock and brothers, Henry Burlock (Florence) and Stewart Burlock (Mardi) and several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her sister, Barbara Milner. Linda was an active member of her community and always ready to lend a hand. She was a past member of the Elgin Women's Institute and was loved by all her Brownies and Sparks. A dedicated wife and doting mother, Linda was happiest when surrounded by family and friends. Arrangements have been entrusted to Armstrong Funeral Home, Petiticodiac, NB. There will be no visitation by request of the family. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 22, at All Saints Anglican Church, Church's Corner, Elgin, NB at 1 pm.
