Miss Gertrude Hawes, 42, of 1836 Wyandotte St. E., Riverside, died Thursday at Metropolitan Hospital after a short illness. Born at Canso, N.S.. Miss Hawes had lived in the Windsor area for 12 years. She was a member of St. Rose de Lima Church.
